Original Story:

A man was confronted after he attempted to take a young child by the hand at a Nampa park. Police are now looking for information regarding this person and the vehicle he got into.

The man is described as a white male in his forties, bald, and clean-shaven wearing glasses and a gray shirt. Nampa Police says he approached a young child and attempted to take her by the hand, but was confronted by another adult.

He then left the park in an older yellow passenger van with 1A license plates.

"The van is further described as having a large amount of rust around the wheel wells, the door handles, the hood and the sides near the top of the van," explains a Nampa Police press release. "If you see this van or have any information related to this incident, please call the Nampa Police Department at 208-465-2257 or Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS.
